The Quality and Practice Lead will support the Coordinator of Mental Health providing leadership and practice direction of the mental health programs across AnglicareCQ. The role provides direction for strong service delivery regarding program development, enhanced case management practice and ensuring practices align with contract, accreditation and continuous improvement processes. This will include working with staff to maintain and develop effective practice and coach them in a variety of practice techniques, working collaboratively with other services including government and non-government agencies to ensure participant needs are met holistically. The Quality and Practice Lead will be responsible for peer support and supervision of relevant staff as supported and guided by the Coordinator Mental Health.

This successful candidate will hold A Bachelor’s Degree in Social or Behavioural Sciences, Social Work or Psychology (or related discipline) or an equivalent combination of education, training and a minimum of 3-years relevant experience.
