Capricorn Enterprise Major Projects Forum - a sold out success

With more than $4.6 billion worth of major regional projects on the horizon, the sold out 150-strong Forum brought together several of Australia’s leading industry professionals with presentations on a range of resources, defence and general infrastructure projects, currently underway or slated to commence in the near future.

The full day event, which maintained a strong focus on continued engagement and collaboration amongst industry, was jam-packed with updates on key projects, deliverables, and priorities for the next 12 months.

Among the presenters at the Forum were Queensland Resources Council Chief Executive Ian MacFarlane, Defence representative Jonathan Earley, Craig Simpson from Laing O’Rourke’s ASMTI Project, Work in Central Queensland representatives Phil Cooper and Ben Hughes, David Brown and Nam Quach from Clarke Creek Wind Farm, Beef Australia 2020’s CEO Ian Mill, Suzanne Mitchell representing Carmichael Mine, and Queensland Economy Watch Economist and Director of Adept Economics Gene Tunney.
