Support for business startups includes:

Business Queensland

For information and events supporting Queensland’s small businesses, Business Queensland provides a centralized government portal for accessing online training, Small Business Month, newsletters and more.

Grants and business support

The Queensland, Australian and local governments offer funding programs, grants and business support services to businesses to assist them to grow and succeed. Grants can assist with expansion, commercialization, research and development, innovation and exporting.

Grants have specific application requirements and limitations. Applications can be complex and time-consuming. All funding programs have guidelines to follow, read and follow these carefully before submitting your application before the deadline.

CCIQ is a membership organisation that helps businesses to understand changes in the business environment. They advocate for business following collaboration with business owners across the state.
